Pamela Hardesty, Lecturer in CCAD Contemporary Applied Art, has just participated in a prestigious EU Conference 'Creativity and Culture' in Kaunas, Lithuania, the master class "Identity: Textile Narrative" and the closing event and exhibition at Panemune Castle.

The workshop was an invitational gathering of textile educators led by Greek artist Ismini Samanidou and Kaunas Professor Monika Grasiené-Zalte, and participants included Aet Ollisaar of Pallus University of Applied Sciences, Tartu, Estonia; Zane Shumeiko of Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallinn, Estonia; 

Ieva Krūmiņa, Art Academy of Latvia, Riga; and Lina Jonike, Lithuanian artist.
